Our prenatal Pilates sessions strengthen deep core and stabilising muscles, improving posture and supporting your growing bump. This helps to ease common pregnancy aches and pains, prepares your body for labour, and sets the foundation for a smooth recovery after birth.
Pilates encourages a strong mind-body connection, helping you feel confident and calm as you navigate pregnancy. Through mindful movement and focused breathing, you’ll develop tools to reduce tension and support you during labour and beyond.
